Pre Event Venue Set Up $500
2 of our Staff members will set up your tables, chairs, linens, and table decor. We are able to set up other areas as well. Please let our staff know your particular needs.
Post Event Clean Up $500
2 of our Staff members will Reset and Clean your Venue after your event, leaving you to make memories.
Extra Staff Members $200
Additional Staff to help with any of your wedding needs from valet, to set up and breakdown, additional servers, bussers, dishwashers etc. We can provide labor workers for any and all of your needs. Priced at 5 hrs.
Event Advantage Catering Cancellation Policy
· A $250 dollar non refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit covers, time and resources to reserve your date.
· 50% of the estimated catered food price is due 30 days prior to event. At this time a final head count is needed.
· 18% Gratuity is automatically applied to all catering.
· Menu changes must be submitted no less than 7 days prior to the event.
· The final 50% of catered food price is due upon arrival on event date.
This policy is valid for online, email, over the phone and in person orders and Event Advantage is not responsible for cancellations for any reason beyond our control.
· Additional charges may be billed post event for services or additional staffing that were not originally paid for.

We offer several options including Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages, plus specialty options like pasta bars, taco bars, brunch, appetizers, desserts, and beverage stations.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We can provide vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-sensitive options, and we can also work with cultural or religious food preferences.
Do your catering packages include staff?
Yes. Our catering packages include staff to help plate and bus dinnerware. Additional wait staff and service upgrades are also available if needed.
Do you provide plates, utensils, and dinnerware?
Disposable dinnerware is included. Non-disposable options may be available for an additional cost, or we can work with dinnerware provided by your venue or rental company.

How far in advance should we book catering?
Most events book 6 to 12 months in advance, especially during peak season, but we do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Yes. We cater weddings, private events, corporate functions, and many other types of gatherings throughout Northern California and the Bay Area.
