· A $250 dollar non refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit covers, time and resources to reserve your date.
· 50% of the estimated catered food price is due 30 days prior to event. At this time a final head count is needed.
· Menu changes must be submitted no less than 7 days prior to the event.
· The final 50% of catered food price is due upon arrival on event date.
